Our two year old program is a joyful bridge between early toddlerhood and preschool. At this age, children begin to see themselves as capable helpers, curios explorers, and active participants in their world. We nurture that emerging independence through rhythm, play and gentle guidance.

Teachers model calm, consistent boundaries, and speak with warmth and respect. Through loving guidance and social practice, children begin to navigate emotions, friendships, and problem solving with growing confidence.
A Rhythm of Comfort and Joy
Two year old’s learn best through hands-on exploration, and meaningful work. Each day offers opportunities to pour, scoop, dig, stack, sing and create. Through imitation of their teachers and peers, children learn practical life skills, empathy and cooperation.

Hours for our two year old program are 8:00-6:00pm, though parents can drop off later than 8am and pick up anytime they wish.

Our two year old room operates at a 1:6 ratio, lower than state standards

All diapering materials are provided by Wonder Nest.
A morning and an afternoon snack are provided by Wonder Nest. Parents pack a lunch.

Many children show interest in toileting around two years old. We take a gentle, child-led approach, following your child’s cues and maintaining close communication with families. There is no pressure or strict timeline.
